My wife and I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Gadsden, AL, and had a wonderful, warm, comfortable stay after a long drive during the recent winter storm. When arriving to the hotel, all the stores and restaurants were closed due to the bad weather so we were disillusioned with the surroundings, however, when entering the hotel we were greeted by the friendliest person with the most warming smile at the front desk. Her name is Lynitte. She made us feel welcomed and assisted us with all the questions we had regarding our booking. She is a true professional and the epitome of customer service. Best Western is very lucky to have such a terrific representative greeting their customers coming off long road trips. Recommend BW do everything possible to promote and incentivize their power players. Regards, Richard P.

Got checked in early, staff were great. TV buffered a lot early in the evening, but smooth out that night. Highly reccomend to stay.

The only complaint is there was some grit on the floor of our room, most likely sand.
