Friendly stuff, rooms perfectly clean every morning, delicious chilaquiles for breakfast! Close to plasa and mercado walking distance to all shops restaurants and bars !

We stayed here 1 night. The Hotel is close to the plaza. Our stay included breakfast. Staff was nice and told us where to catch a cab as Uber isn’t used in this town. Our stay was wonderful!

Great customer service from personal, I love the location because it’s in the heart of the Pueblo everything is walking distance to the Plaza , Mercado and all the stores.

Posted 4 Aug 2023 on HotelsOur stay at Hotel Via Real was great! Location is a block away from the plaza. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The decor is very nice. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The place looks OK but it needs some maintenance, the bed very uncomfortable and los of street noise, no rest at all

Thank you for your opinion, we take into consideration your observations. The maintenance is given day by day to the facilities and furniture, the size of the bed es according to what was requested for the reservation. To reduce external noise, the appropriate measure has already been taken so than they can rest in our facilities.
