Everything was okay at the hotel except the roaches dead waterbugs. There were roaches on the wall, roaches by the ice machine, inside the vending machine. My sister found a dead roach in her bed. Like it could have been way better. Plus they need to invest in a microwave.

The floor I stayed on was under construction. The ice machines on my floor and three other floors were not working. Went to the pool. There were water bugs at the pool. Really? It was not a good experience, this was my first time there and what I saw online is definitely not what I got as an experience. It needs to be upgraded a great deal. Even the rooms need to be upgraded. I got a room with 2 double Queen size beds, but they were not big at all. They look like twin and half twin, not even 2 full sized beds they were small.

The parking is very expensive at $25 per day compared to all the other hotels. The pool isn’t very big which is fine but why would you have maintenance done until 12pm and checkout is at 11? That was a major sticking point. I stayed here because of the indoor pool and they did that which was disappointing. Do pool maintenance at night so guest can actually enjoy it instead of losing a day. You need to do better.

Wi-fi did not work. There was some loud noise from the tenants who were nearby our room through the night. ( yelling and slamming the door). Lots of homeless near the hotel area. Overall it’s not that bad!

The air conditioner sound very loud, the curtain had mold or some sorts of black stains. Service at the vue was great drink were great.

We like staying at your hotel but have to wait all most ten minutes for elevator is unacceptable and it was full every time we got it. In fact my husband had to get off because it was stuck and was not level to the floor. I prevented me from enjoying going outside when I wanted because of having to wait for the elevator. Was not a good experience, especially celebrating our 20th anniversary.

Well, knowing that its supposed to be & look like 20s type vibe, it could use some updates! The outlets were very loose when plugging in ANY plug. The 2 lamps next to the beds have an outlet for nothing cause they dont work either. Tge water in tge jacuzzi/ whirlpool was dirty the 1st night. The double sink kept backing up, which is disgusting, other peoples backwash kept coming bcak up. Had to call hotel plumber. The parking for guests is ridiculous! You pay and NOWHERE is noted on their site or when paying for room or anywhere until you get there that the parking is $25 a day. If you're staying more than 3-4 days it adds up and they dont tell you about that.

Staff are beyond rude & not qualified to deal with customers. The corridor to the room had a very strong distinctive smell. Rooms are dull & dark. Very bad overall experience. I checked out after only 1 night & checked in a real nice hotel with a gorgeous ocean view. Wish I would have paid a bit more & went to a nice hotel from the beginning.
