This property is more for kids and Joe much option for dining outside the water park

The resort has a water park, meaning there are a lot of kids around. Unfortunately some rude and uneducated parents let them run around the hallway all night, with no respect to other tourists . They were screaming and slamming doors. After 1h of hoping they’ll be called to bed, to no avail, I had to call security. Otherwise the room was very clean, though outdated . I stayed there because itt was pet-friendly ( $100 fee though ) and was near another hotel where we went to a show ( but was not pet-friendly) . Lots of gambling opportunities. Hard Rock hotel and Ocean Resort are neighbors . No breakfast included.

Front desk is horrible. Out of the 5 people I saw, only 2 of the workers were friendly and helpful. Customer service isn’t that difficult. Bed sheets weren’t fitted so they kept coming off. Cleaning staff helped me more than anyone else in that building. Waterpark was cool but won’t be returning.

Showboat DOES NOT have parking. They offer you to pay a third party business per night parking. Smells in the hall walls and to the smell passes the walls. Traveling with kids it’s a no, no.

The staff are not welcoming at all The room was not the best
