As soon as we checked in, we found that the sink was clogged. We had to call the front desk multiple times and was disconnect each time. We finally walked down and worked out a room change. We were happy with the new room.

Nobu Hotel does sound nice but bathroom shower's water is not enough to do hair and body wash. it takes so long to get soap and shampoo to wash off. if I do shower entire bath room floor is wet. it was unpleasant to take shower. bed room was nice and bed was a very comfortable to get good sleep.

The property itself wasn’t terrible. Half abandoned though. Front desk staff was not good. Upon check in, they told us that the tower we were in will not have water starting at 7am until 3 pm the day we were checking out. The only alternative that was offered was to upgrade to a suite that was over $400 a night. Went up to the room, it was visibly dirty, and the bathroom reeked! Also nothing is open after 9pm except for the small shop next to the lobby which left a lot to be desired. Probably won’t go back to be honest

It was the best weekend getaway my wife and I had. The food was terrific, and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Also, the beds are super comfortable. We slept, my babies 😁 we will be back to catch another show.
