Nice bed…low profile because a handicapped accessible room was all they had left at check-in. Here’s what I found in the room: refrigerator door was rusty…bathroom towel bars and closet hangers were rusty…vinyl chair had holes on the backside…bathroom sink faucet had just a trickle of water and took about four minutes to get warm.

The only positive about this property was our cleaning lady who cleaned our room. Staff was very rude!! No thank you or even good morning or any greetings from the front desk.

There was black mold in every room on every wall and ceiling as well as peeling paint. The towels were dirty before we ever used them and the room had a very strong odor of mold and mildew. It was totally unhealthy and we could not stay there more than one night. The manager refused to look at the photos I sent in an email to him requesting a refund which he denied.

I’ve stayed at this Quality Inn multiple times and the best part is always the waffle! The staff is helpful and great too. The housekeepers can’t speak English so if there are any issues, be prepared to communicate through an app/other staff. KEEP IN MIND….THE WATER PRESSURE IS VERY LOW!!!! Mid as ever! Not terrible though
