Asked for highest floor in request, got a one word answer back saying "understood" then was given a low floor. Hotel was nice but arrival was difficult, could not unload bags ourselves and we had an order we wanted to keep but were pressured by bellman just taking out our stuff. They were nice but we did not want that service. Parking for $50 seems very steep for ATL, we just parked in the street next door for free. Area is nice but doubt we would stay there again, not worth the price.

The hotel was great, beautiful and staff were friendly. But they attempted to charge my credit card before I arrived and that messed up the reservation. When I arrived they said I was already checked in and the front desk person somehow checked me in again but for 1 night instead of 2 which caused a lot of confusion and time spent next day trying to resolve the reservation.

The only negative was the staffing in the bar area. Often there was no bartender.

This is our go to property in Atlanta. We had issues getting help with a feather free room which caused a disruption and affected our stay. They gave us two pillows the first night but the next day did not exchange any other items. It was Thanksgiving but this hit below the mark

The property is really pretty and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Would stay here again without hesitation.
