I had to change my room 3x and in one of them the door was fully open! Super unsafe, the door to my room was open, the bed had been used

First, room that I reserved was non smoking, they gave a smoking room, then I told them, they changed my room, 2nd room was not clean and had some bed bugs, they changed the room again, finally the last room, the carpet was dirty, bathroom toilet has pee and floor too, bathtub was dirty plus had hair, microwave was super dirty inside and outside. They told me that is the last room that they can change, the housekeeping was a old man working with short and flippers. Not very professional. Please do not go to this hotel is very bad.

My Room was super dirty water was leaking in the bathroom it was a horrible experience

We needed somewhere to stay just for the night, we got a room and and it smelled like smoke. front desk said we could get a different room. The second room was no better, there was a little baggie of weed on the air conditioner lol, water leaking from the sink, stinky stuff in every corner on the floors, floors we’re not cleaned what so ever and the room smelled like straight mop. The bed was gross as well, random stains, black bits on the sides and under the sheets. Save your sanity and do not stay here!!
