The employees at the Lilli Midtown were very friendly and professional. The property was in a great location. The only issue was that the microwave was not working.

My Thoughts About Stay Alfred at Lilli

My stay was a pleasant experience for the most part. I love the swimming pool and view! I really like the fact that there is extra linen available for the bed. Also, having all the basic necessities in the kitchen made it possible for a picky eater like myself to prepare my own meals. The apartment was filthy. Urine stains were around the base of the toilet. The side of the kitchen counter had a dried spill that looked like it had been there for a while. Hair was all over the floor that looked like it hadn’t been mopped (very dirty) when I wiped it down. The walls had markings and chipped paint...

This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location! I really like this property. The only downfall is that parking is $30/day. That seems to add up when you stay for a few days. There are also no in/out privileges so some nights it would be $50/night to park.

Do yourself a favor and select a hotel as oppose to this scam. the location is 2 blocsk away on GOOGLE map, so for an hour i was dragging my suitcase trying to find this property- There are no signage or anything- the code they gave me didnt work to enter the building, so i got in only after 20 mins on the phone with a representative. She kept apologizing and committed to handle this with customer service. The apartment itself is cookie cutter and cheaply appointed, almost no hot water and the toilet in master room wasnt working. a total joke, also note there is no checking process so you dont give a credit card for deposit, needless to say you can rob the place and suffer no consequences.

Property is located in a great area and really makes you feel you live in the city. We were graciously greeted and assisted upon arrival from a Stay Alfred employee. Only downside was the lack of assistance for additional shampoo from a Stay Alfred employee who said we needed to call customer service in order to get assistance.

Business Trip

Very nice apartment building within walking distance to Midtown. The unit is a full sized one bedroom apartment with a balcony and kitchen, everything you needed was provided. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again and recommended to my colleagues for their future visits.

I liked the location and the decor. I also like how you could access everything with the key. The room was spacious and well maintain. The only setback was the parking it wasn't bad but it wasn't attach to the building.

Me and my friends enjoyed the room real comfortable plenty of room to spread out. My only complaint is the lack of parking had to pay $50.00 to park next door plus $15.00 every time we would leave and come back

This is not a hotel

This is a vacation rental not a hotel despite what the total of the listing says. I found this out only after the money was taken from my account and was non refundable. Later I had to sign a lengthy rental contract to just be able to check in. The apartment itself is great and in a good location: I just wish this website was more forthcoming regarding the extra fees and taxes.

Great concept poor execution

Check in process was a nightmare... first, there is NO parking for this building! We had to pay $50 for parking next door at the Georgian terrace where I would have stayed to begin with but stay Alfred wouldn’t let me cancel my reservation once I found out there was no parking in the lilli midtown building. Second, the key cafe kiosk was not functioning so my husband and I,as well as two other couples trying to get into their rooms, could not get the keys out of it. After calling the customer service number we were told we had to wait 15 mins for the manager to get there to get our keys for us. Thanks to the awesome cleaning staff, who went out of her way to help us get our keys, we only had to wait 5 mins or so. There are also no luggage carts. The apartment was huge and very nicely finished and clean but after the hassle of getting in we didn’t really care. After getting over getting in, we settled in to watch some college football, which is why we wanted a suite with a living room in the first place, and the tv was terrible!!! We tried adjusting it but it seems that something was wrong with it’s HD capacity because it was NOT high def. I want to say that I am a reader of reviews but not a reviewer but I feel compelled to let others know about this experience. While the location is great and the apt is beautiful for the $400 we ended up spending we could have gotten a suite at the Georgian terrace with all the hotel amenities it comes with for less.

Fancy and modern.

The place was very modern and well appointed - the caveat being not all mod-looking furniture is comfortable. And need to point out that this is a luxury apartment - not a hotel. So - no maid service, no breakfast, room service etc, but full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and spacious. Great, central Midtown location with lots of things in walking distance, and a better than fair price for the room. The shower was a little puzzling in that it was cavernous, but not a single shelf or ledge to put anything on - not very well thought out. The rooftop pool? Amazing. Great view, very stylish. Best part about the stay. Overall positive experience.
