I had the worst experience at the Sonesta Select Atlanta Norcross. The hotel was nothing like what was described online—absolutely disgusting and awful. The place smelled strongly of urine and weed from the moment we walked in. We booked with complimentary breakfast included, but they didn’t offer any, essentially scamming us. The customer service was terrible; everyone we dealt with was rude and unhelpful. On our very first stay, we even got locked out of our room because the key reader wasn’t working, and the staff didn’t care to resolve it quickly. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs!

We have worked on it. We had some thorough/deep cleaning projects going at the property, unfortunately it wasn't completed on your side of rooms section, but its has been completed now and its coming out better. We hope to welcome you on your next visit for a comfortable and worry free stay. We expect every guest enjoy their stay with comfort at our property. As many guests have given us 5 star ratings in past, and we will continue to improve on our services and amenities. To maintain the Sonesta select brand standard we were not able to serve you the complimentary breakfast but we are in process to open up the paid restaurant breakfast option for our guests.We hope to see you soon.Thanks

It seems not like sonesta. Old fashioned, water filter not good in the shower. No hair fry. Pillow not comfortable.
