The staff were very kind and helpful and I appreciated that there were laundry facilities for guests. That’s all the pros I have. Upon check in, we noticed the room was dirty and the furniture was falling apart. The dresser had pieces in the floor and the drawers did not work. There were stains all over the chairs and couch cushions. There were still dishes in the dishwasher from a previous guest. There were no amenities in the room, hair dryer, dishwashing soap, coffee, etc. We asked for two days for a hair dryer and received it right before check out. We then had an issue with another guest in an adjoining room (there was a door that connected them) smoking marijuana. The smoke was coming underneath the door and we had to block it with a towel. We had a toddler in the room and I thought this to be an unsafe environment. Nothing was done about this to remedy the situation. There was also a homeless woman wandering around the facility, which was fine, but how many other non-guests were in the facility with children staying there? I would not recommend this facility to anyone and I will not be staying there again.

Front staff during checking in could use some help. Told the young lady, “please not a pet friendly room” and first room smelled like wet dog. Switched rooms after a rude encounter and we moved on. Quiet but relatively empty the weekend I stayed. Super convenient to Avalon & interstates. Back way to 85 N is an adventure but beats going back down to 285.

I stayed here for 5 nights I have already made a payment of $580 approx , but at the time of checkin they are asking for $100 deposit without providing the receipt. When I checked out I asked for receipt but the receiptionist rudely denied and it's more than 10 days I haven't received my $100 deposit back . I will take action definitely raised complaint to consumer court.

Upon arrival desk clerk was extremely accomadating and helpful...room was clran and quiet and perfect for our family Thank u for a great experience
