Met our needs for a 3 night stay. Enjoyed the kitchen. Staff was excellent- very friendly.

I didn’t like that the hot water didn’t work well and the lock to the bedroom door didn’t lock

The manager really cares about the clients. She works hard to make sure people are satisfied with staying at her Marriot Residence Inn.

The 2 bedroom suite worked great for our family of 5. The hotel is in a nice area with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. My frustration with this hotel is that they are clearly trying to save money and it’s frustrating as a guest. We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and were registered as 5 guests but yet there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa, they only gave us 3 towels, and it had a full kitchen but only 2 spoons and 4 forks in the drawer. We were there for a 5 night stay but only got a total of 2 packets of dishwasher soap in 5 days. In addition, in one of the bathrooms the built in shampoo and conditioner was empty and I had to ask multiple times for it to be filled. It felt like I was constantly having to run to the front desk to ask for things that should automatically be provided. Finally, the nightly parking fee is ridiculous. This is a suburban hotel and the parking lot is solely for this hotel and parking is not at a premium.

Screws came out of the door. Receptionist said some one would come the next day but they never did
