I had the great way to wait for my long layover from the airport.

When we first checked in, we got a room that smelled heavily of smoke. We did not unpack and immediately requested another room, which luckily they were able to provide.
On the website, it says free shuttle to airport. But when we checked out, they said the shuttle is only to domestic airport. So we had to call a cab for $40 to the International terminal for a distance of less than 5 miles.
They also charged me some miscellaneous telecom fees of $15, which I did not see till later on. Tried calling the hotel but was transferred around and issue did not resolve.
Overall unhappy with this hotel and will never stay there again.

No bottled water in room. Ordering room service wasn’t clear. Need menus in room. Food was so so. Good prices !
