Room was dirty hall ways smelled really bad and carpets need to be vacuum, got a different room but it was also dirty. Staff was nice

They only stocked up a few items for breakfast when I went down there at 6am when it started. Came back around 8am and they said what was out there was all they had. I wish I took a picture when it first opened. We asked for my cream cheese, they said it’s all gone. We asked for an apple, they said it’s all gone. Terrible!!

Staff is ok. Rooms could be cleaner. Old moldy smell in building and in rooms.

We did not end up staying at this hotel it was so nasty and unsafe, we checked in. They gave us the room keys. We went up, and it was nasty, not clean. We talked to the front deck and even asked for a manager wouldn't get one. They refused to do anything for us. So we asked to be checked right back out, and they refused. They even refused to give me a printout, proving that we checked out. Not only were the rooms very dirty, not cleaned what so ever. The hotel was very run down, with people having their doors open in the hallways and doing drugs in their rooms and drugs in the parking lot, I had notified the local police when we left. This was not a safe environment, especially when you have toddlers! You need to update your site either take this hotel off of it or let people know how run down and bad It is before somebody books it, this was a nightmare that no one should have to go through! Expedia is just as responsible for this as they are! We have been battling with the hotel and Expedia, trying to get a refund, and so far, we have been getting nowhere! Don't book here!!!!
