Newly conditioned room. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Elevator was out. I did not go outside as this was an overnight stay to catch my flight.

The property is nothing like the picture. We entered the property and no one was at the front desk. It was much like a motel and was not able to sleep. It felt unsafe. Much like a truck stop or one hour motel.

Staff were cordial, did the best they could. Breakfast bssic. Hotel building is in very poor condition.

Telephone not working, radio alarm not working, no TV remote to be found. Promised early call never happened, no one on check out to complain to. No info was given about needing to get 2 shuttle buses to property and the Courtesy Phone at ATL did not exist. A previous occupant had left 2 Ziplock bags of Meds/drugs in a drawer which had not been removed. I want a refund, $77 when I would have been better staying inside the airport. Using 'QUALITY' in hotel name is a misnomer.
