We absolutely adored our stay here for 2 main reasons. First, the actual room was SO clean and tidy and that brings me to my next reason THE STAFF! WOW, so helpful, informative, and it truly felt like you were taken care of. Our housekeeping person Blanca was so attentive and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The front desk staff went above and beyond on requests and ensured we had a delightful time. (Also the complimentary breakfast was great).

Despite not keeping food in my room, I had to kill a roach after my first night. The key cards only worked the first day, then I had to have them recharged twice and replaced before I could get one of them to work. The room was humid and smelled musty no matter how long I ran the bathroom vent or kept the AC on. The halls were not humid or musty.
