The room was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was good for shopping, eating, etc. The building did not have an identifying sign on it.

I had a roach infestation in room 418. And phone didn't work. And qouted a highly overpriced stay for one night. $157.00 for a 2 bed standard room is unreasonable.

My dog had no fleas prior the visit & while in the room became excessively itchy. Once we got home I found fleas on him. I’m very disappointed about that and also arguments and aggressive guest during breakfast. Not enough food for all guests because apparently a truck delivery did not arrive. When I first checked the front desk person gave us a dirty room. Would not stay here again.
