The elevator was nasty and floor numbers are missing on the button controls the furniture inside the room are deteriorating along with a unique smell the property interior is somewhat a filthy appearance near the check in counter area

This is more like a motel tbh, the beds will have stains, bathtubs will as well, and when you flush there’s a loud noise, even when other guests in their other rooms flush you can hear. Take a minute before the hot water comes on, the carpet isn’t vacuumed so wear your bedroom slippers at all times, breakfast eggs are runny, only pork sausage, which sucks because not everyone eats bacon! The only good things about their breakfast were the fresh pancakes or waffles you can make for yourself and the juice or coffee, or tea! The old man working on the overnight shift was the only one who agreed to hold our bags. The day shift people lied and said they don’t hold baggage for their guests. The hotel wants you to call them first so they can inform the shuttle driver. Most of their shuttle drivers were rude except for the man working on December 17 around 5pm. We didn't know that we waited one time for almost 2 hours! If you want a stress free trip, book the courtyard by Marriott that’s 5 min walk from this place, they have a 24 hour shuttle, everything is clean and staff is extremely friendly!

The hotel has an Oder & roaches and bedbugs I have bedbugs bite

Unprofessional & liars . If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would . Bad customer service . Unprofessional . They like to rip you off on deposit.
