I awoke with cockroaches in my bed. I killed two and took their corpses to front desk as proof. I have picture of live cockroaches walking across the bed headboard.
Day of check out, cleaning lady entered my room with me completely naked out of shower and without knocking, she apologized. Front desk staff apologized too.

If you go to this property you will see 100’s of guys standing around on the balcony which gives off an uncomfortable feeling when you’re pulling in to check in, also the tv didn’t work at all, they didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator on premises neither so what are they actually good for?

When we checked in, they put us in a room that had someone in it already. The second time they put us in a room that a door lock was broken and it led us to the room next-door. The third room they put us in do not have heat, and this was during the Atlanta snowstorm, requested king size bed, and never got that room. Out of three staff was terrible. We requested a refund we left. We did not stay there because we had no heat and Expedia is telling us that we will be refunded in full.

Not that clean and the are is kinda shady ! The staff isn’t available most of the time and takes a while to get helped out !

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was nice and friendly but the hotel itself is so old and smelling of smoke. We were given a smoke free room but it smelt like smoke. We are non smokers. The bathroom, room all were not in good shape. We spent most of our days outside and only slept at the hotel just because we don’t want to spend time at the hotel.
