Upfront this hotel looks nice enough, however once you’re there for more than 10 minutes you notice how lacking it really is. For instance, we got a room with a pullout sofa for the kiddos. No sheets were provided, of course they provided us with sheets when we asked for them (but, the sheets were way too big for the mattress in the sofa). When bringing us the sheets, they did not bring us pillows. I asked for pillows, and they brought me one. We stayed here for 3 nights, and I got one hot shower the entire time we were there. My kids, fiancé and I all took luke warm/cold showers numerous times. We were provided with 2 towels (for 4 people) and when the housekeeper restocked our towels, she took all hand towels and wash cloths but did not replace any of them. Overall, I would not recommend.

it would be a travesty if I don’t get my security deposit back since you all already decided to kick me while I was down thank you for your time and your lack of consideration and putting me out because my daughter wanted to commit suicide in your hotel. I should’ve called your front desk and asked you all what to do since me caring and doing what I thought was right was not good or convenient for you all and caused me to get put out. I know if I don’t get my security deposit back I will have to pursue legal action

The place was conveniently located. I will give you that it was a beautiful luxurious and a comfortable inconvenience day. enjoyed the room, but the staff was very nonchalant, inconsiderate, and not considerate at all due to my oldest daughter who came to me looking for help and having a breakdown and the Crisis Line having to be called in the police coming with them the staff felt that it would be appropriate to not allow us to continue to stay in the hotel and the fact that they were scared to verify how many service animals were present in the room when they saw us checking in with two and I know you all have cameras so it could’ve been easily verified by you all rolling back the cameras to see when we checked in who all was present and how many animals there were I have 17 different health issues and two disabled children that reside with me and a service animal I also am a victim of the hurricane and have been displaced since September and I have seen the most horrible treatment since I have been displaced people are not courteous. They’re disrespectful. They don’t care about you or your situation. They just smile in your face to make you feel like they are showing care and compassion but yet when it comes time to show it, they smack you in your face with disrespect and lack of care and concern. In 2011 I decided to change my life and become an ordain minister and try to do right and get closer to God and I did not see any God in your staff. Your staff lacks compassion.

The original room that was given to me the bed was not made up. I was given a second room but no hot water. The 3rd room seems like there is a problem with the control for the ac/heat. When you seitch to heat it sometimes didn't come on. Overall not satisfied 😕

Staff were friendly and enthusiastic, addressed every issue promptly. Convenient 24 hour shuttle to ATL. Picked property because it was close to airport and freeway, so lots of noise outside - but inside was just fine. Very satisfied.
