Staff was polite, but rooms clearly run-down. They tried to put band-aids on a garden hose. Shower rod was broken & got towels wet as shower was on. Hair dryer seemed it might spark a fire. There was no breakfast at all when I specifically selected a hotel with a breakfast. No ice machine at all. As a family of 9 traveling south this hotel did little more than provide beds for us to sleep.

I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The pictures are very deceiving. As soon as you walk in halls it smells. The room smelled and looked and felt very dirty and run down. Everything is very outdated and damaged.

Smelled bad. Room gross. Employees rude. Waited in lobby for 1.5 hours and still didn’t have a room for us.

Room pull out broken trash under beds previous stay stained sheets and I was robbed by staff and they deny it
