The carpet was not clean, restrooms was dirty, air conditioning was not working, by the time we got back to our room, it was as 11:00 pm, air conditioning did not work and we couldn’t sleet, we were sweating all nights that.
Next morning we talked with front desk, they said that they can’t do anything for us, because we bought our from Expedia and we need to ask Expedia for assistance, if we eight got the room from them, they could have help us.
Very disappointed

The indoor outdoor layout of the lobby is stunning, the glass elevator is such a beautiful touch. Great place, great location 10/10
