Didn't like anything the customer service is very unprofessional and have front desk clerk with a very nasty attitude when it comes to helping or answering any questions. They will not clean your room if there for more than 1 day. Very bad experience with day time desk person.

Bathroom was not clean. TV don’t work. Door has a complete hole at the button so we pretty much froze. Scared to sleep under the covers because it was dingy as the bathroom towels. Breakfast was a joke.

The building was very run down. It definitely was an older building that needed major improvements. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. The tvs barely work as I had to get a new one for my room. The workers were the only saving grace of this building. They were lovely. The company needs to take the time to refurbish this building or replace it.

The receptionist was nice and friendly. He did his best offer the best that they had. But the property it self is in a terrible shape. Poor maintenance, dirty with stains everywhere in the bath and toilets bowl. Dirty surrendering. The property is in a very deplorable state
