Entire property was unclean, dirty rooms had broken fixtures. Garage and trash on the stairs and walkways. A very disgusting and unpleasant experience.

Where do I start: I was going to stay for 4 days and three nights. I ended up staying only one. I needed a room free of cigarette odor and the one they gave me stank even the sheets and gave me allergies when I slept. The sheets had holes and it was itchy. The place felt super unsafe. I go at noon to report that I had to go somewhere else because the conditions of the rooms are terrible. They told me that they will speak with the owner so that they can give me my money back for the other nights. It turns out that I call since I haven't received my money back and the front desk tells me that the owner decided to keep the money for the 4 days because I paid in advance, that was her response and that they will no refund me. If you can AVOID this place that will be my best recommendation.
