I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the exterior and common areas are well-maintained and visually appealing, the rooms tell a different story. They are outdated and do not align with the overall presentation of the property. For the price charged, I expected much more.
Additionally, the water pressure in both the tub and shower was far below acceptable standards, which detracted from the comfort of my stay.
The valet service was another low point. Despite the website clearly stating a rate of $30, I was told it would cost $35 per hour. Even worse, the service was slow, with wait times of 15 minutes or longer to retrieve my car.
Overall, while certain aspects of the hotel were decent, the outdated rooms and poor service quality do not justify the premium pricing. I hope management takes these concerns into consideration.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at it was so clean and cozy. Marcel checked us in and she was so personable and had such an amazing attitude. She also had a personalized dessert sent to our room for my daughters birthday we will def book our stay with crown plaza next time we return.
