Hotel was nice enough and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Did not appear room was cleaned very well. Only a partial role of toilet paper left, only two towels even though when reserved room it was for three people, and a dirty hand towel was left hanging in the bathroom door.

There were a lot of young people in town for a concert. When we were checking in, someone was about to fight it was loud and noisy.

The General Manager of the property was horrible. The rooms were filthy, molded, and not cleaned well. There were holes in the sheets and stains on them. The fixtures in the rooms were broken and the room had been flooded. I was moved into 3 different rooms and each of them had major issues! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

I was disappointed because crown plaza is a big name and my expectation was high probably! I didn’t see a bottle of water in the room like other hotels, there is no kettle, no fridge, no coffee beside the coffee maker, only two types of tea, no hand soap, no bar soap, and there is no safe in the room, the door tag that say please don’t disturb or please clean my room is not there! And there was no room service at all! No body came in and no body knocked the door or even called to ask if i need my room cleaned etc. there was a mold on the tub curtain or may be just discoloration! Im not sure but what im sure about it should not look like this!! The price is hight and the quality needs to meet that price! Or they should reduce the price about 30 percent!

My experience was decent. The hotel doesn’t offer many amenities.
