Rude staff. Lady at check in did not even greet us. Ee walked in and waited for assistance when she finally spoke to us she said “Are you guys at the right hotel” no hello,how can I help you or anything

Nothing unique Older property could use some upgrades to the rooms all around

The bed was uncomfortable and wasnt told there was a charge for parking until checkout.

It took us about 35 minutes to get to our room because when we parked in the parking lot, we tried to enter a door that we thought went into the hotel, but it actually went to another building. Once we entered the building, we took the elevator up, and was not able to get to our room. We actually end up having to go back to the main entrance and then take those elevators up. Let’s just say when I made it to my room, I crashed! Then some of the doors they let you into the hotel were not secured properly. The locks were messed up. And the paint in our room was chipping. I just feel like Marriott properties should be maintained better than this one.

Stayed overnight while visiting Atlanta. I expected a higher standard from the Marriott but it was just okay 2/5. There were chocolate crumbs or droppings all over the desk. Not sure what it was really. But it seemed like the desk wasn’t cleaned. The bed sheets looked wrinkled like someone slept in it and the cleaning staff just remade it without washing them. The hallway on the second floor had a strong mildew smell. The hotel needs to be aired out

Garcelle, Ronnie, Front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeepers were all nice. Everyone had great southern hospitality and great customer service.
