We had to wait over 30 minutes for our car from the valet and also the hot water wasn't working 1 morning when we got up !!!

Due to the high volume of cars as well as a porte-cochere that is smaller in nature, we are unable to have cars waiting at the front. We regret any inconvenience this caused. Our bell stand is willing and available to help you unload your car and store your belongings at the bell stand until you have your room keys in hand. Amazing stay, Clean Hotel, Astonishing view, only takeaway is the toilet handle in suite was broken. The handle only stays down so the water tank won’t fill up with water for the next flush, have to hold the handle in the up position for it to fill, and flush again.
