I was charged twice for my 1-night stay for a 1 King bedroom-Smoking. Was told by front clerk that they don’t have policies against refunds as your website says. I would like to be refunded for the extra room that can be verified it wasn’t utilized. It was only myself & my fiancé as guests. The operator/management said they could only fix it by charging “the Expedia” card & she didn’t have it. I don’t understand this & would like to speak with a representative regarding my stay & experience using Expedia.

I wanted to start off by saying the lady that checked us in was very nice i had absolutely no problems with her my problem is the room , the toilet was very dirty there was poop inside the toilet , the shower wasnt clean , the beds were hard as rocks , the room was outdated the carpet was wore out , the hotel just needs an update .

Don’t stay

The room was nasty, had roaches, sheets had stains on them. Room had horrible mildew odor. Horrible wouldn’t recommend stay!!!

Its not a 10 but it's a decent place. The area was quiet and safe. Staff were great
