The ppl was very rude and non cooperative

Really dirty inside and had bugs

This is what I didn't like. The beds were hard and uncomfortable couldn't rest very well. And there breakfast consist of doughnuts, muffins, yogurt, fruit and juice. When they have it. Let's not forget the oder in the rooms when you enter so bring so oder-ban other than that it's ok.

The room had a very strong pungent smell that had myself and my mother both gagging. We stayed in a nonsmoking room, but it almost smelt like mildew. When we opened the door to our room, there was a roach on one of the beds, which was very unsettling. Check in was quick, however the staff were very short and not very welcoming. “Breakfast” was pretty tragic. We won’t be staying there again
