When I went to check in they did not get my reservation that I booked under Expedia. Luckily they had plenty of rooms.

That is 100% my fault. So sorry. Reservations come through an ap on our phone and I was temporarily out of a cell-service area. Glad we were able to get you in.

Breakfast is not worth it. The bed felt like it was time to be retired.

It looks like you did pay full price @ 139, (which is currently 50 less expensive than a neighboring hotel). In the future, we recommend taking advantage of one of the many, many discount opportunities available to you through Expedia or in-person. We will price match any comparable property offering equal amenities.

The Sandhills Guest House was very clean and the rooms for spacious. The beds were comfortable. The front desk was helpful when we checked in and helped us find a local park for the kids to play. Our only downfall is the room did not have enough towels for 4 people (there were only
2) and when we went to the desk in the morning nobody was working.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are terribly sorry you were unable to get additional towels for your guestroom. Our property is staffed 24-7, but we do step away from the desk at times and can be summoned by either calling the front desk or lifting the front desk receiver/ringer.
