Ground level parking for 1-2 vehicles. Ocean view somewhat obscured by trees in the park across the street. The beach view featured in the website photos was taken before the park was developed.. "Located right opposite the esplanade, the apartment whilst an older style has everything you could need. Separate lounge and bedroom, easy access to the pool and a lovely outdoor sitting area. The internet is a little slow during peak times, however that is typical of the area and not property specific. Communication was a breeze with a mobile provided and secure 24x7 checkin."
