Overall it's a good hotel but many things didn't work properly. Refrigerator, telephone and bathroom were not working properly. Breakfast is really good. Hotel is generally very clean. Most (not all them) of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Probably for 1 or 2 nights I would consider it for the future

Good hotel - no real window in my room though but clean :-).

Terrible check in staff not helpful and mean except the manager who tried to rectify the issue. Elevators are always late taking eternity to go up or down

Whatever you do do not stay at this hotel the staff is horrible. The food is horrible. You can’t even get a coffee till past 10 AM and the rooms are full of cockroaches three different guest found the same issue.
