Love the staff/family that runs it. Clean, just a bit dated, but so friendly. And very comfortable.

This property is a good value place. All areas we saw were clean and tidy. Room and bathroom were clean. Good comfortable pillows. Average mattress. Warm bedding. New hi-def TV that worked. Shower worked. Hot water when needed. Nice amenities. One suggestion for improvement. Free breakfast area was clean. Limited selection than comparable places. Insulated cups were tiny. No lids. So difficult for a to go hot beverage. Irritating as it turned colder during our stay. Odd thing was soda machine was unplugged and you had to go to the front desk to buy one. Maybe a little too aggressive on cost containment by the owners.

This property was under renovations and the complimentary breakfast has very slim choices if pastries.

I liked nothing about it and will never stay there again. It was dirty, shower backed up, cigarette smoking in the building. Silly attempt at breakfast with bad coffee and expired granola bars

I was extremely pleased with this motel. I was nervous when we booked it but found it to be clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs. We were charged way more than the normal rate but it was OU’s Homecoming. While I expected the overly inflated price, it’s unfortunate that businesses take advantage of people. The beds were amazing and we slept well. I think that Frankenstein must have been in the room above us because it sounded like he was going to come through the ceiling. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

Fine property. Only thing that would’ve made it better would be an elevator for easier loading and unloading.
