Positive: Location, airconditioning, wifi Negative: Bottom floor apartment badly needed a capital renovación. Tiny bathroom with old shower and dirty curtain. The toilet isn't even attached to the floor and smells from leakage. Small kitchen lacking stove, microwave, knifes and acceptable cooking pots. Terrible table and chairs to sit on. In the living room, an old sunken and sagging couch with broken springs. It is not possible to sit or sleep on as advertised. In the bedroom the mattress is old, hard, and uncomfortable. There is a patio. But it was disgustingly dirty and infested with cats. Can't even describe the filthy condition of the washing machine. As soon as we arrived I contacted the host, informing them of the patio and home condition as well asked for extra pillows, a blanket and cleaning supplies. After a day of chit chat, we got the company cleaning our deck and laundry mashine only. Nothing more. We washed dishes, bathroom and whole apartment, we also left it very clean. We repair the deck fence. When I mentioned to the company of the condition of the apartment, their answer was that as soon we are leaving, they already booked a renovation team. I believe this is to be untrue as the apartment is on the many web sites available for booking. Based on my 9 night experience I would like to discourage others from booking this property until thorough maintenance and deep detailed cleaning are done. Definately the apartment is not as adveand and only for 2 people.

Advertised as 2 beds. Nobody can sleep on the pull out couch. There were also bugs. Roaches and huge centipedes. We accidentally booked our rental a day short and they charged us for getting out of the house 1 hour too late. Never reserve here

Hello dear Dominique, firstly you never mention any problems with bugs during your stay at the apartment or any problem in general. Secondly you didn't stay just an hour more but 3 and we were even calling you for the cleaning crew to enter the apartment cause an other guest was waiting , you said you needed 5 minutes which we accepted and 3 hours past you left the apartment at 2 pm and you should have left at 11am causing a problem to the cleaning crew and the other guest as well cause the need to wait for their check in due to your irresponsibility , we wouldn't want you to book again with us either, except late you are using false accusations as well you should be ashamed at least.

Quiet and good

Really quiet. Spacy for the low price. Clean. Close to grosery and nice restaurants. The water heater has to be turned on by the customer. Instructions for that was placed inside the fuze box.
