Easy checkin with friendly staff. On property dining available, a fantastic breakfast, checkout on Sunday was noon and the extra hour was greatly appreciated. All staff friendly, actually made eye contact and knowledgeable. Very clean room and comfortable bed. We love downtown Athens and walking around without finding additional parking is always nice. We will definitely be staying again.

Breakfast buffet was the nicest I’ve seen for a chain hotel. Lots of fresh cut fruit! Room was freezing all the time. We were on the top floor and I had to sleep in my parka. Friends on other floors didn’t have that issue. The hallways also had air conditioning blasting in winter so I think it was a problem with the 9th floor. Room had a lot of space but needed more place to put luggage so you didn’t have to open it on the floor. Hot water took 10 mins to reach our shower. People were very loud and inconsiderate/drunk at all hours of the night in the hallways. I think we were just unlucky with our rom location as our friends didn’t experience any of the sesame issues.
