Nice room and staff but the air con doesn't not come off so on all night

Terrible

Terrible Never again We arrived at 12 am. Check in complete, all done, the receptionist said oh just to let u know we have an issue with the elevator so u have to go up 2 floors on the stairs, we said ok but is there anyone to help us with our luggages? He said unfortunately no. We had to carry four big luggages 2 floors on our own up then down after 2 days. Breakfast area always dirty and breakfast quality and variety is zero. The AC in the room was not cooling, we put it on the lowest temperature but nonsense. This is one of the most terrible experiences we’ve had.

Hello, We have really enjoyed our short stay at Civitel, the staff are all helpful and are all ready for support when needed. The room had been very clean and the location is 10 to 15 mins walk to Athens mall "the biggest in Athens". The put a welcome drinks and water at the room, some small snacks for the kids that was a beautiful insight from them. Unfortunately the elevator was faulty and we were in building 5 second floor, there is no staff to carry your laggages upstairs, so you count on your muscles 😀 In general, the place is beautiful for a short stay, very clean and has a very quite neighbourhood. A small suggestion if they can extend the operating hours of the swimming pool to 09.30pm, as most of the residents will come back late from shopping or visiting attractions and extending the pool hours can give them a great option when they come back.
