The place is nice, but neighborhood a bit dirty, no parking evendough was advertised with parking. But the lady that made breakfast was really kind.

Comfortable beds, clean and well supplied kitchenette & bath areas, great breakfast included, very helpful and friendly staff, quiet inner courtyard. Our room was street side to a busy street, but with windows closed it was very silent. Would definitely recommend it!

Quiet well maintained spacious apartment with a nice balcony and great breakfast! Walking distance to attractions and shops.

Pros: Our room was located away from the noise of traffic. Breakfast was good. Staff are friendly and informative. The property is well maintained.
Cons: for those who bring big luggage, this is not user's friendly for you have to carry them throigh the stairs.
Overall: this place is excellent and is a walking distance to every historical points of interest.

The host was wonderful. Always very kind and great at communicating with us. The breakfast was always amazing. If they served lunch and dinner we might have never left to see the rest of the city. The location is good with a short walk to everywhere, but not right in the busy tourist area. You get a more local feel and quieter cafes in the immediate area. We are very happy to have stayed here and will again the next time we are in Athens.
