Great value hotel, centrally located just off Syntagma Square. Breakfast was good each morning, staff very friendly, room large and very clean.

Our room was on the first floor and there is a nightclub just below on the street. You feel like you are in the nightclub, in fact my husband asked if the windows were open. Other than that all was ok and hotel was clean.

The location is great. The property is nicely renovated.
However, we had very noticeable bed bugs in both rooms. We did not have to search for them. Easily taking pictures and videos of them. My daughter and I were bitten all over our body by these bugs.
Property manager took note of this issue and hope will be solved.

Your room was disinfected the same day, and we have taken all measures according to the official protocol.Unfortunately, bed bugs are something encountered in the hospitality industry worldwide, and we want to acknowledge the possibility that pests can be introduced through external sources, such as luggage, which can occur in various travel environments, including airplanes, ships, ports, etc..As a company, we have trained all our housekeeping staff to do daily inspections in the rooms, and moreover, we also have a frequent schedule to check and disinfect rooms with special equipment to ensure all our rooms are safe. Great stay at Hotel Achilleas!

The staff were very friendly. Savvas in particular provided exceptional service. The morning meal had a good selection for a continental breakfast. It was only a few minutes walk from the main metro station and lots of shopping and dining available in a small walking radius.
