Wonderfully located rooms with on site managers who were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place as a good value right in the heart of a good residential/commercial area close by to the historical sites and also walking distance to the Central Business District.

This was a lovely spot to stay for our first stop in Greece ! We felt so safe and comfortable in this area and the property managers were so quick with communication for any questions ! A bonus being able to do laundry too :) Definitely recommend!

I stayed at Great Living Koukaki for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in a clean and comfortable 2-bedroom suite with a kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, and a pleasant balcony overlooking orange-fruit trees.
The suite had everything we needed—towels, robes, soap, a fully equipped kitchen, AC units, and TVs. Water pressure was excellent, and the lock on the room door, and front door of the building felt very secure.
Free washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and a small but useful elevator. The staff on site were friendly, and helpful. The area felt safe, we walked to all major sites easily. No rental car was needed. Overall, I highly recommend Great Living Koukaki. Its location is great. I would gladly stay here again if I return to Greece.
