Windows need cleaned
Cramped and cluttered reception area
No one obviously in charge
Cramped bedroom
Pokey shabby shower cubicle. Shower basin dirty looking with badly patched grout

Convenient, Clean, & Caring
Posted 19 Jun 2024 on HotelsHad booked 3 rooms for weekend stay with family. Location is superb and in the heart of town. Check-in was straightforward and quick. Rooms are comfortable and clean, albeit possibly a little dated. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner with a great range of choices to please everyone. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, especially when my elderly father took a bit of a fall. Would happily stay again & recommend for anybody visiting the area.

This property is older, so creaky floors make noise. No elevator. Staff was super. Breakfast was very good.
