"I will start with the check inn, it was very bad experience as I booked 2 twin beds side by side as I have my 2 daughters with me and as I been told there is no 2 rooms with twin beds side by side, anyway they checked me in on 2 rooms ( King bed & twin bed) and between the rooms was an storage room for the house keeping, when I went back to the front desk they said they will try to find 2 rooms side by side and I stayed about 45 minutes till the director of operation MOAMOEN came and got my 2...

"That wasn't "chalet" that was an apartment so not clean, rooms are so smelly, bed sheets had stains & they've other sheets in a closet even worth than the one on beds. Bathroom was horrible, the door handle was broken, the shower hanger doesn't exist & it wasn't clean at all. As for the amenities forget about the airconditioning or the sofabed because there are none."
