Nice location on the hill with views of the ocean and mountains. Nice onsen on the roof with a nice deck as well for relaxing. No elevator which was fine for us but might be an issue if you have mobility issues. Staff very friendly and accomdating.

Beach time

I really loved the roof terrace at the hotel with the swinging seats and Onsen baths. Great views and with some welcome shade later in the afternoon. The walk from the station to the hotel is relatively short (though a little steep in places). Inside the hotel there is no lift and we were on the 5th floor (in the annex section). We actually quite liked the ‘challenge’ of the hill and stairs, however they would be a challenge for someone with reduced mobility. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly - and overall we enjoyed our stay

The slope is steep, but you can walk from the station in 7 minutes. Sorry for the inconvenience that there is no elevator. The staff is especially careful with polite customer service so that you can spend a little comfort. Bad service! Bad Staff!

1.)Poor Service with no one clean my room for two days! 2.) Duplicated charge with credit card and the app! I have to check my bank account myself! They don’t provide any compansate as they confess it is their fault! 3.) Said I am only able to pay with cash for the last night, but they asked me to paid with credit card for the first two nights (the first order on the Hotels.com App)! 4.) No integrity! No matter I did late check out for my last day, but I acknowledge to the lobby front desk before it and the male staff said i won’t have any extra charge within an hour delay. But the woman manager (Yuri) of male staff suddenly go to my room disturbing me to pack up my luggage for 10 minutes at least! Keep on repeating that I’m late for check out and ignored my explanation with an inpatient attitude. I tried to use google translate to Japanese already! The staff consent to keep my luggage for 2hrs after checked out, but they just place my luggage at the public area in the middle of the lobby without any security measure and anybody to look after it.

The same contents as the first time omit the reply. I am not asking for a credit card payment. As I explained at the front desk, it was a mistake here that I only got the tax only card. I am sorry. In addition, check out is until 10 o'clock. You did not keep the promise. I'm sorry that the male staff didn't understand what you said, but keep the rules. The female staff did not get in the way and went to explain in English to you hard. Please understand that she tried to communicate with you as hard as possible. The luggage was not in the middle, but in the corner of the place where the staff looked. It is a pity we can not enjoy the accommodation. I'm sorry.

Do not recommend this hotel ! Poor Service!

1.) Poor service with room cleaning. They only help me to tidy my room on the first night but ignore at the second night. 2.) Extended my room without my confirmation as I said I will use the Hotels.com App to book another night. 3.) Duplicate Charge with my Credit Card! 4.) Poor Language and service skill set. If the staff doesn't know English, please speak out directly but not keeping on nodding head and say yes! 5.) The environment is bad, the path to the hotels at night time after sunset is too dark and silent! I would like to pay more for another better hotel, but not this one!

Thank you for using this hotel. You heard from you that you do not clean the first day and the second day. Surely there was something wrong. I'm sorry. There is no staff who can speak English, but I am trying to find out and talk. The night is dark because it is in a residential area.
