This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms with a private onsen are beautiful. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff are friendly, gracious and professional. The only exception was the staff member we encountered when we arrived prior to the check in time. We found him to be less than accommodating and quite rude. Thankfully, a colleague stepped in to help. We’d go back for sure and highly recommend this hotel.

A clean and cozy room, fit for family of 4, we enjoy the onsen at the balcony. Buffet breakfast is very good too
. We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. ^_^
