It was hard to have the reserved (sea view) room...takes long time and finally got a partial sea view in 2nd floor. Also, reception staff not informed me about pool time list (men times and women times) so I lost my share in my one night stay.

Disgusting hotel with a rude receptionist

We checked in October 15, 2021 around 10:pm. I had booked and paid almost 50 Euro for a room by hotels.com. When we got our room, I noticed the room was too much hot and humid. I tried to turn on cooling system But it did not work. I asked the the receptionist to have a look and fix. There was a repair man who came and tried to fix. But, when they notice, they can not fix the problem, they claimed it should be like that!! while other rooms and even the lobby was very pleasant with the cooling system they had! I was sweating and my Shirt was almost wet. I showed the receptionist and said that this is not a normal. He just ignored while he was siting under a cooler! I asked them to change our room. But the receptionist firstly claimed there is no room! I know Turkish but I pretend I do not know. When I starte to complain loudly, I noticed they told each other that we can give the 5th floor room just get ride of this man! When we had a look, I noticed the room smelling too bad. It seemed the toilet had a problem. They did this to convince me that our room was the best room! Finally, when they noticed that I will not give up and I started to shout in front of other customers, they send us to the third floor! That room cooling system was working. Then I noticed that for the last 2 hours, the receptionist was completely lying! First he said the temperature is normal, then he said that he has no vacant room while they had. He was a disgusting lier. Never ever come back there

Çok eskilemiş odalarda lavaboda herşey eski geçen yıllarda daha çok iyidi ve bakımlıydı şimdi ise bozuldu. Kahvaltı bile çok az çişteli olmuş.

Branded Hotel in Samsun

there's only 1 staff who can speak minimum English; there is NO shuttle service between airport and the hotel, the so-named service is to call a taxi but the taxi number is always busy, so busy that those hotel staff refrains from calling them, the room I chose at Hotel.com is a sea-view room with 2 single beds, what I got is an un-ready room, the curtain and the curtain rail are all broken, the in-room telephone set is always beeping, they use split-type of air-conditioning (not a system type) the air-cond. is very noisy, at the last 2 days of staying, the electricity supply was not stable, which caused the TV to switch-off every time the electricity was cut BUT on my last day when I had trouble with my flight, the hotel front desk was very patient and helpful to help me to check the issue (we communicated with my minimum local language, not English)!!!

Clean rooms Walking distance from the beach Technical problems with the door key Staff non cooperative ,always turn off the phone when you call the receptionist
