9 hour flight layover

Friendly and helpful staff but receptionist was unable to issue me a key! I could only access via master key. Room was very dated and bathroom was not well maintained. Zero towels in the room was rectified but took time!

Best stay in Riyad

Stay was very good. Came to Riyad to addend Giga-Projects conference Sept 10-14. Staff were very good and I got late checkout at .5pm with no problems. I love to stay again.

Needs serious work

First of all, the receptionist did not know we had a booking. After 1 hour they found the booking, one of the rooms smelt like sewage. The receptionist woke us up in the middle of the night to say we hadn't paid for the booking, this could easily have been done in the morning. They moved rooms the following day to something 'better' but there was somebodies old flip flops in the bathroom, the water was coming out the shower head in two different areas. Either scolding hot or freezing cold. There as no towels in the room. The area around the property was weird, a supermarket was something you would expect in North Korea. Very few items, staff wouldn't look you in the eye, a strange kebab rotating that had been there for weeks if not months.

Clean, spacious, and good breakfast

We enjoyed our stay with our family of young children. Pros: Spacious, clean rooms with coat racks, a safe, iron, and wardrobe in each room. Beds were pretty comfortable. There were carpeted bedrooms, and nice-looking red lights in the ceiling that we left on for our kids' nightlights. A pretty decent breakfast, too. Kitchen included basic supply of pots, knives, silverware, and eating dishes. Cons: Our room card wouldn't work, and we had to get it replaced three times to finally have one that worked, though they were very prompt. Our couch was a little worn and sloped downward, so that if you lay down to watch TV, you felt like you would roll off of the couch. Breakfast was good, but a little on the heavy side. 100 percent fruit juice would have been nice instead of the sugar-added juices they provided. We had a counter/bar in the kitchen, but no seats or bar stools for the kids to sit on while they ate. I didn't want them to eat on the couch, so I just had them stand and eat in the kitchen, since that had a tile floor. A bar stool or two might have made the eating arrangements in the kitchen better. Wifi did not work in the bedrooms; only in the living room. We liked the hotel and would definitely stay here again.
