"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"I made this reservation on expedia. I the called the property to confirm. I was told that they were full and could bot honor the reservation. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. "We couldn’t find Duros Apartment but found that it is inside Padgett Place after going to and fro along Molave. Expedia could have mentioned that when booking unless they didn’t know either. "We had a 4 night stay for a family of 6 in a 2 bedroom/4 bed unit. My best piece of advice is this: When you check in, you will have a host that will bring you to your room. DO NOT LET THE HOST LEAVE until you are completely satisfied with your room. Make sure everything meets expectations from WiFi to Hot water and shower pressure. "立地はコンドミニアムの建物が建ち並ぶVillageの奥の方にあります。Village内にセブンイレブンがあり(徒歩1〜2分)とても便利でした。Village内にスパやカフェもあるのですが、クリスマス期間中だったからか残念ながら閉まっていました。マクタンのメインストリートまでは徒歩10分弱ですので、そこまで行くと開いているスパもカフェもあるので困らなかったです。部屋は綺麗ですし、エアコン、洗濯機、電子レンジ、電気ポット、IHコンロ(1つ口)があり、お鍋や炊飯器、食器類、洗剤、スポンジがあり、簡単な調理も可能でした。私たちはダイビング目的での滞在でしたので、洗濯機はとても助かりました。バルコニーもあり洗濯物も外に干すことができました。 Wi-Fiは充分な速さで、途切れることもなく良かったです。唯一の難点は、シャワーとトイレの間に仕切りがなく、シャワーをする度に床やトイレットペーパーがビチョビチョになることでしたが、事前にトイレットペーパーを避難させておくなど慣れれば問題なかったです。シャワーの水圧や水量、温度も充分でした。"

"Pretty nice place and has good room amenities. There are quite a few restaurants in the connecting plaza. There's a safe in the room. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are stocked. The pool is cold and indoor. The hot tub on the rooftop was not working."

"Beautiful hotel with some great dining choices, particularly the Thai restaurant and main floor deli. The pool is awesome and lots of fun for families with an afternoon bubble blaster. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Mactan Island."

Birthday Getaway

"Staff is UNMATCHED and superb. Hotel sits right on the beach with 2 pools. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. We only walked on the beach because it was just too hot to sit out there. Breakfast buffet had everything, Asian and western. There are plenty of activities to do on the resort. We saw people snorkeling, doing yoga, playing volleyball, etc. They have 24-hrs room service, which was great because we checked into our hotel about 10pm so was able to order food also. Our room was spacious with partial ocean view, which I paid for full ocean view. We were in Tower C, the next building blocked out the right side of the ocean view. The rug and end of bed chair had stains and the rug had a "lift" that me and my husband constantly tripped over. It was annoying. The hotel is far from the city. We had to get a Grab to go outside the resort and get food. The hotel is very nice but the surrounding areas are not, which is beyond the hotel's control. This is also the first hotel that I have ever been in that has TSA xray machine with walk through metal detectors. Good to know that the staff cares about our safety. The whole city has tons of security. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. "
