Posted 2 Nov 2017 on HotelsThe room granted was situated above the kitchen and dining room. Very poorly insulated. Impossible to sleep before 00h30
Loud noises all the time , bing bangs, people shouting and yelling, laughing out loud. Impossible to call reception to complain since they close at 9h pm.
A constant sewer smell from the bathroom.
The shower was inoperable and the bath does not drain.

The hotel was clean, friendly, unique and had a delicious affordable dinner. I would stay here again if I wanted to do a day trip to Assisi.

A park-like setting outside of Assisi
Posted 15 Oct 2015 on HotelsThe hotel was very nice, a sort of oasis in a neighborhood setting. It was close to Assisi, but did not have the tourist traffic. The dinner was a bit less well-prepared than we expected, but it might be situational. The breakfast selection was fabulous with a selection of pastries, cakes, and tarts, as well as more standard fare.

Pros: A wonderful surprise. It also is a catering hall for weddings.
Cons: Let people know it is actually outside of Assisi
Location: Day trips are excellent

Hotel is cosy, comfortable and the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.
