Very small room with no place to store your belongings. The bathroom was very small with an even smaller showered that would get everything on the outside wet. No place in the shower to place your soap or shampoo which made it very inconvenient. All of your cleaning products had to be on the floor.

Dear Guest,we ask you about your stay and the room the first day of your stay, and you told us all is ok.This feed back surprises us...If you close the shower the water stay inside, if you leave open everything around gets wet this happens in any shower.The soap holder in the shower is attached to the wall.We are sorry that your stay was not perfect, next time if you let us know immediately of any problems we will try to solve them.

Don’t visit this motel unless it is winter. There is no AC, and the fan does not work properly. There is no airflow in the room. It is so hot that it is unbearable. We were not able to sleep at all. In fact, we spent most of our time sitting outside to avoid the heat. I actually considered sleeping in the park across the street.

Gentile ospite,ha prenotato la camera più economica per spendere poco e non ha letto che è economy e non ha aria condizionata. Poi la ventola funziona, se ci avesse detto qualcosa le avremmo spiegato che c'è un telecomando per farla funzionare. Questo non giustifica il fatto che è andato via senza saldare il conto, ha anche bevuto birre e bevande dal frigo senza pagare nulla. Credo che anche senza aria condizionata alla fine le è costato talmente poco dormire da noi....

We arrived at approximately 14:30 and there was no one there to check us in. We have to request the ice cream store employee next door to call them so that we can check in. There is also no elevator in the the hotel and we have to take 3 flights of stairs so it is not recommended for seniors.

Dear guest,It's not written anywhere in our description, that we have an elevator, so we don't understand why it's a surprise for you that we don't have an elevator, we are in an historical building (1200')On the door there is a number to contact us, and we anwer all day, wy you went to the shop next door you didn't have a phone?3 days before arrival we send all guests, a message with check in indications is easy, but if you do not read description and messages is more difficult.We came back just few minutes then your arrival, we are a small hotel with few arrival, and sometimes we go to another hotel or to do something else (eat, by fresh food for breakfast etc...).

Bad smell...
Posted 10 Jul 2022 on HotelsThe bathroom smelled like sewage and the smell spread across the room (no. 7). The beds mattresses sunk. The price (USD 85) was too high for this hotel.

Hotels.com cheats you out of our money
Posted 13 Jul 2020 on HotelsHotels.com is deceitful in trying to resolve the fact that as an American citizen I am not allowed entry into Italy. They claim to call the hotel, but are never able to do that. I tell them to email and apparently no one responds to them. Never do business with Hotels.com
