The hotel and staff were fantastic. The staff was really helpful, cheerful and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pietro at reception was warm, courteous and so helpful. The room had a beautiful view over the valley. The hotel was steps away from the San Francesco church which was wonderful as I attended early morning prayers. If you like a cold breakfast, the cereal selection was incredible with fresh nuts, chia seed, and a delightful granola mix….served with a fresh yogurt. Lovely, sweet hotel - conveniently located. Warm & friendly.

Beautiful property, clean and spacious room with great view of the street and the surrounding countryside. Excellent staff - helpful, welcoming, and gracious. Location near basilica was unbeatable.

Lovely place. Homey in the best way, not modern, but important things well taken care of- for example, beautiful view and the windows have been noise proofed when closed.

Wonderful spot in the center of Old Assisi
Posted 26 Sep 2024 on HotelsStayed two nights and wanted a place in the center of the old city. The Minerva setting was perfect. Easy to walk to sights and restaurants. Wonderful service. Excellent breakfast with friendly service. Accommodating of our dietary requests. Room had a great panoramic view with shutters and windows that opened and closed easily and securely. Even had screens to keep out pests. Elevator building. Only issue was that our bathroom was quite small and the shower was a tight fit. All else was good.

The room was simple but adequate. It is very close to the basilica but it’s quite a hike to get to dinner options.
